Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, we are a comprehensive international logistics service provider with branch offices in Guangzhou, Ningbo, and Hangzhou, and fulfillment centers across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Italy.

We specialize in FBA first-leg logistics, overseas warehouse fulfillment, and full-container-load (FCL) door-to-door shipping for e-commerce sellers, importers, wholesalers, and B2B enterprises. As an official Amazon SPN and SHEIN Certified Partner, we process over 1.5 billion items annually through our tech-driven logistics platform.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, use our logistics platform, request quotes, access our shipping and warehousing services, or interact with us in any capacity. Managing inventory, one-piece dropshipping (DTC), FBA preparation, customized labeling, and return handling at our 60,000+ sqm global warehouse network across the US, UK, Germany, France, and Italy.

Providing real-time shipment tracking updates, proactive status notifications, and exception alerts through our self-developed digital logistics platform and seamless API/ERP integrations with Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

International Data Transfers

As a global logistics company operating between China, the United States, Canada, the EU, and the UK, the nature of our cross-border logistics services requires international data transfers. We handle these transfers with the highest standards of compliance.

Your data flows along the same routes as your cargo. When you ship via our FBA first-leg or FCL door-to-door services, the associated personal and shipment data necessarily transfers between our Shenzhen headquarters, China branch offices (Guangzhou, Ningbo, Hangzhou), and our overseas fulfillment centers.

For transfers from the EU/UK to China, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and equivalent mechanisms under UK GDPR. For transfers involving US data subjects, we comply with applicable state privacy laws including CCPA. In China, we comply with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) for outbound data transfers, including completing required security assessments for cross-border transfers.

Our self-developed logistics platform undergoes regular penetration testing and security audits. Section 10

Third-Party Platform Integrations

As an official Amazon SPN and SHEIN Certified Partner, our logistics platform integrates with multiple e-commerce and shipping platforms to provide seamless automated order processing. This section explains how data flows through these integrations.

Amazon SPN Integration: When you connect your Amazon Seller account, we receive order data, FBA shipment IDs, and inventory levels necessary to execute FBA first-leg logistics. We access only the minimum data required and process it under our data processing agreement with Amazon.

Shopify & eBay Integrations: Our API connects with your store to automate order fulfillment from our overseas warehouses. Order details, customer shipping addresses, and product information are processed solely for fulfillment purposes.

ERP System Connections: For enterprise clients, our platform integrates with your ERP system to synchronize inventory, shipment status, and billing data. All API communications are encrypted end-to-end.

Your control: You can disconnect any third-party integration at any time through your DIDADI platform dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will cease receiving new data from that platform, though existing data may be retained per our retention schedule.

Children's Privacy

DIDADI Logistics Tech provides business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer logistics services intended exclusively for adults and commercial entities. Our FBA first-leg, overseas warehousing, and FCL door-to-door services are designed for e-commerce sellers, importers, wholesalers, and enterprises. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@didadi.com. We will promptly delete such information from our records upon verification.
